Josep Maria Carbonell, at present vice president of Digitalent Foundation and Managing Director of Cromosoma is also associate professor of Political Science in Blanquerna Communications School in Barcelona. Josep Maria Carbonell was President of the Catalan Audiovisual Council from 2006 to January 2009. Before he held the Head of the Presidential Cabinet of the Provincial Government of Barcelona (Diputació). Carbonell was a member of the Catalan Parliament from 1995 to 2004. |
